Great service, Ceylon Best Tours is very professional. The organization beforehand was very smooth and simple, with a very responsive contact person, Dilshan! We booked a driver for a 3 week tour around Sri Lanka. Once we arrived, we met our driver Saffeer, who was very attentive, flexible, and always punctual. He always called all hotels to be sure reservations and directions were correct. He also arranged some trips and local guides for us. As for the car, very comfortable with Wi-Fi as a bonus, which was a great plus for the kids. Every drive there were new bottles of water. We highly recommend this company and also Saffeer as driver.

He had a real sense of service, always welcomed us with a bottle of water, and also spontaneously offered to take our photo. We were so lucky we stumbled across Ceylon Best Tours Taxi Service online! Our driver Supun was wonderful and super prompt, and we got to all our hotels safely and in good time. Highly recommend for getting around Sri Lanka — when we return we will be rebooking!

We spent 9 days exploring Sri Lanka and had the pleasure of being driven by Pasan for 6 of those days. From the start, I was impressed by the fair pricing and how easy it was to organize everything. I used Ceylon Best Tours as a taxi service for our 3 week stay and multiple locations throughout Sri Lanka. The price was very fair every time. The cars were clean and drivers were prompt. I would highly recommend them. I will use them again if I find myself in this amazing country.
