• Meet tourists at the airport with a name board displaying the tourist’s name or as specified in the booking.

• Provide a clean, luxury, and comfortable vehicle equipped with air conditioning, seat belts, free Wi-Fi, and charging docks.

• Ensure the vehicle is fully insured with passenger coverage and meets all safety regulations.

• Offer full assistance with itinerary planning, including activity recommendations, sightseeing arrangements, and safaris.

• Be flexible with itinerary changes and accommodate reasonable special requests from tourists.

• Include fuel, parking fees, and tolls in the package price.

• Provide premium child seats if required by the tourists.

2. Driver Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly and respectful demeanor towards tourists at all times.

• Ensure meals and accommodations for the driver are not an additional expense for tourists.

• Provide 24/7 support to tourists, including emergency vehicle replacement if necessary.

• Avoid forcing or pressuring tourists to shop at specific stores.

3. Commission Payment

• Drivers agree to pay an 8% commission to the company on all tours booked through our website.

• Commission payments are due on a monthly basis. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of the partnership.

4. Marketing and Promotion

• By partnering with us, drivers consent to the use of their photos, reviews, and vehicle details on our website and social media platforms to promote the services offered.

• Drivers are responsible for providing high-quality photos and honest reviews for use in marketing materials.

5. Breach of Terms

• Any breach of these terms and conditions, including failure to provide agreed-upon services, poor conduct, or non-payment of commission, will result in immediate review and possible termination of the partnership.

6. Dispute Resolution

• In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve issues amicably and in good faith. Persistent unresolved disputes may be subject to mediation or legal action under local jurisdiction.

7. Amendments

• These terms and conditions may be updated periodically. Drivers will be notified of any changes, and continued partnership implies acceptance of the updated terms.
