We had a good experience with this company. Kavishan, our driver, was very friendly, polite and punctual. We felt safe with him on roads that can feel a bit crazy at times, and his car is very comfortable — it has even got WiFi. They made recommendations of places to visit, went along with our requests and it made our trip feel stress free. Can recommend.

We just got back from an amazing trip. The service from Ceylon Best Tours was perfect from the beginning to the end. Dilshan was happy to assist us with the planning and gave us some helpful advice. We felt very comfortable with our driver Suresh. He was always on time, happy to answer our questions and helped us when we needed a doctor. He even stood up for us when he felt the doctor charged us too much. There was always a fresh water bottle and a friendly smile for us. I compared a number of tour companies in Sri Lanka for a self-designed itinerary before choosing Ceylon Best Tours — what a great decision. Dilshan was absolutely professional in responding to enquiries and provided a very competitive price. We were lucky to have Suresh, who was an extremely careful driver, patient when we requested detours, and happy to point out attractions. We would happily choose Ceylon Best Tours, and Suresh, again if we returned to Sri Lanka.

Super nice contact with the gentleman who can arrange all transfers. You just need to send a message and he can arrange transportation all over Sri Lanka. The drivers and cars are very neat and always well on time. Prices may be a little higher than you'll find elsewhere, but the service is exceptional.

Ceylon Best Tours — Dilshan and his team — were just mega! Both in the preparation of the journey and during it. Dilshan gave us superb advice, far more than he needed to. His drivers were all punctual, reliable, polite and drove us safely. The cars were always sparkling clean. The safari was just top! Dilshan was always in contact with us, before and after the drives and activities, and was very competent. Ceylon Best Tours has surpassed all others by far and is 100% recommended! If we come to Sri Lanka again, then only this agency will be considered.
