Nissan X Trail Hybrid

We organized our trip to Sri Lanka with Sanju Tours. Sanju was always available and quick in responding via email and WhatsApp and adapted the itinerary to our needs. On his initiative we stopped in Bibile, at his facility, where the welcome was warm and the dinner included was appreciated. However, this choice involved sacrificing a whole day’s journey just to reach Bibile and, in hindsight, we would have preferred to avoid this stage. Sanju was not our driver because he was busy with other customers and arranged another driver. We cannot therefore review his service as a driver, but only the friendliness and timeliness in the management and organization of the trip.

Sanju looked after us on our 8 day trip around Sri Lanka from Jan 8-15. He was professional, kind, easy to communicate with and understanding from the moment we arrived when there was a delay at the airport. Sanju's driving always made us feel safe, even when he was navigating difficult weather conditions in the hills. His vehicle is extremely comfortable and spacious. Sanju also helped us to organise all of our tours and had helpful suggestions for the best places for us to stop along the way. We had a great time in Sri Lanka and will contact him again if we return. Sanju is a reliable and trustworthy person and we really appreciate his help to make our holiday special.

We had an excellent experience travelling with Sanju. He’s warm, friendly and very easy to deal with, and was always right on time. His driving is exceptionally safe and smooth, and his car was spotless, comfortable and clearly well-maintained — which made even long drives really relaxing. Sanju knows the country incredibly well. He suggested great viewpoints, interesting stops and little local spots we would never have found on our own. He handled everything so effortlessly that the whole trip felt stress-free from start to finish. Communication was easy, his English is excellent, and he was flexible whenever we wanted to adjust plans. If you’re looking for a reliable, knowledgeable and genuinely caring driver in Sri Lanka, Sanju is a fantastic choice. Highly recommend.

We returned recently from Sri Lanka, after a nice 12-day tour, with Sanju Travels. Sanju was a very good and safe driver, reliable and ready to assist in every occasion. He helped us, also, to organize the necessary processes, such as PCR testing, to exit the country. The vehicle we used, was a new, very good and spacious van. When we needed a specific activity, such as safari in the Yala National Park, visit of a tea factory, or a local dance show in Kandy, Sanju proposed the better solutions, of excellent quality and low cost (probably 2-3 times lower than the prices we could find on the Internet). I suggest Sanju to anyone who would like to make a safe and pleasant tour of Sri Lanka.

Sanjun took over our trip from another Taxi driver and we were very happy about it! He organized our train tickets what was really not easy for him. Thank you very much for this, Sanjun! 😃 Taxi is comfortable and in good condition. Further we could use his hotspot. 👍🏻 All in all, we appreciated his service and his safely driving very much!!!
