We carefully planned our trip to Sri Lanka. During our 10 wonderful days, our great driver was Hasa. He was a wonderful, polite, careful, helpful driver, offering good tips and advice, all while he travelled with us more than 1600 km without giving us any worries or stress. The vehicle, a Toyota Hiace, comfortably accommodated our group of 9 people along with a lot of luggage. The car was clean again every day; the efficient AC was extremely useful in those torrid days, as was the great help from the tinted windows. Complimentary water was always available. We appreciated a lot the flexibility of Hasa to adjust to our tight schedule and to stop whenever requested (shopping, sights, toilets, whatever). His English skills were very helpful during our stay. Even though our initial plan for this trip was tight, we managed to find flexibility to adjust it with his help and recommendations, based on our preferences. To conclude, we would definitely recommend Ruhiru Tours. Thanks again, Hasa!

Hasa picked us up after a Yala safari and took us on a 2-day tour through the highlands. He picked us up in a new and spacious van. He was able to use a small van for a trip on the narrow roads to Lipton's Seat in Haputale. In the highlands, he proved to be a real local guide. All arrangements and communication via WhatsApp worked perfectly. We can recommend Hasa as a good and safe driver and knowledgeable guide.

I highly recommend Ruhiru Tours for those wishing to hire a driver and car to tour Sri Lanka. We couldn't have asked for a better driver than Hasa, who was friendly, reliable and knowledgeable. By the end of our 17 days together, we were incredibly sad to part ways with Hasa, who had made our time in Sri Lanka such an enjoyable experience. Hasa made travelling all over the island — from Galle to Yala, Ella through to Kandy, on to Sigiriya then Trincomalee, and back to Negombo — an easy and comfortable experience. The van we travelled in was spacious with cold air conditioning, and despite the crazy Sri Lankan traffic and sometimes sketchy roads, Hasa's professional driving had us feeling safe and confident.
