My wife and I had an amazing experience with Sri Lanka Dream Tour and our driver, Daminda (call me Bond — James Bond). From the moment he picked us up, he was warm, friendly and extremely professional, and we felt well looked after throughout the entire trip. He was not just a driver but also a knowledgeable guide (pay attention! There will be a quiz!) and great storyteller, always sharing insights about the places we visited. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. I would highly recommend Sri Lanka Dream Tour and especially Daminda to anyone planning a trip to Sri Lanka — 10/10 and I would happily book with them again.

Even though the weather was very unforgiving during our time in Sri Lanka, we still managed to have a good experience thanks to Sri Lanka Dream Tour. Upul has helped us to coordinate our plans several weeks in advance, and he's very responsive even as he has his own tour to manage. We made several changes to the original itinerary suggested and he managed to piece them together. Our driver, Chathura, is a responsible and reliable driver who followed our schedule nicely. He also offered experiences (photos with snakes and boutique tea factories) and random food and drinks (roadside king coconut!) when he spotted them, which we appreciated very much. We are very low energy people so we slept a lot on the ride, which he was careful not to disturb. We made many changes to our schedule and he had no problem getting us where to go. Our one regret was missing out on the train to Ella, as the seated tickets were sold out. Remember to get your hands on those if you are planning to take the train. We highly recommend you book your driver and holiday with Sri Lanka Dream Tour and you'll have a good time in the hands of Upul and Chathura.

We highly recommend Upul and Sri Lanka Dream Tour for your private trip across Sri Lanka. We spent 6 days last month with Upul as our guide and driver from Negombo to Sigiriya, Nuwara Eliya, Ella, Mirissa, and back to Negombo via Galle. Everything was positive: on time at every step of our agreed itinerary, knowledgeable of each area, skilled driver, comfortable car, very helpful. Upul even expedited our needed laundry service in Ella while we were still on the train! He also added some nice local knowledge rest stops and restaurants. Last, Upul is the owner of Sri Lanka Dream Tour — his small number of guide drivers have been well selected and trained by Upul.

In one word, amazing! We had the most delightful and adventurous 8 days in Sri Lanka, and it was all thanks to our incredible driver Prashad. Every sight came with educational explanation, and he was always ready with great advice and thoughtful tips to make our journey more comfortable and fulfilling. He made us feel safe at all times, helped us in stores and restaurants, and was very patient, kind and always on time with a smile on his face. He introduced us to Sri Lankan culture — its history, cuisine, religion, and nature — and was always open to every question (and always had the answer!). We can truly say we gained a friend.
